WHAT Y’ALL NEED

1 box red velvet cake mix (plus ingredients on the box)

3/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

Waffle iron….DUH!

STEP ONE

Preheat the waffle iron.

STEP TWO

Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to the box instructions. Spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.

STEP THREE

Pour some mixed batter on the hot waffle iron and spread over evenly. Don’t get craycray and overfill the iron though. Cook according to iron’s instructions.

STEP FOUR

Let’s make the drizzle! Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.

STEP FIVE

Whisk in the milk until desired consistency. Feel free to add more milk than what the recipe calls for.

STEP SIX

One the waffle is cooked, top each one with some cream cheese drizzle.

** Add some fresh or frozen berries for an extra POP!

I will definitely be making this delicousness again! Whether you’re celebrating with the gals our your beau, I hope y’all have a Happy Valentine’s Day with the ones who love you most! xoxo
