Brunch So Hard: Savannah, GA

Two of my favorite things to do while traveling is scoping out coffee shops and brunching. I’m a sucker for beautiful latte art in a hot café mocha (I will learn how to do this one day) and a hearty carb-loaded brunch with a mimosa… or two. They both make for great starts to a day filled of exploring and shopping.

Gregory and I just got back from a quick trip to Savannah, GA and fell in love with the historic city. I had been before with my parents, but so much has changed since then. I love the quaint vibes and how you can walk just about everywhere. We wanted to go to a place where we could focus on us and start off 2017 on a good note and just relax. We were able to do just that and our room at the Hilton DeSoto had a balcony where we were able to see every fireworks show in the city which was one of the coolest things I had ever seen!

If you’re in the market for a southern getaway that’s stress-free and full of a good times + good eats, put Savannah on the list as well as these tasty spots.

Is your mouth watering yet?! With the new year fresh on our minds, I challenge each of you to plan at least one trip for yourself this year and indulge what life has to offer. I’m so glad the hubs and I were able to do this. I feel refreshed and very full…of life and delicious food!

PS Both of these spots lent to great photos with decor and lighting. Sorry I didn’t get photos of the inside. Clearly, I was too mesmerized by the food haha 🙂

Happy eats y’all!
